I've got something very special planned for Neptuna in the Bandistein AU. She may look human, but don't worry, there's still something very fishy about her.

One day, people noticed a strange woman sitting on an old abandoned dock in Gallowmere. She sat still as a statue, gazing out to the sea as if in trance. She sat there unmoving for three full days before she was finally approached. A small band of Slig officers finally decided to check on her after a series of reports from concerned locals. She ignored their every beck and call until one of them placed a hand on her shoulder. Like a shift in the air, a storm was unleashed as she battled the slig patrol, hospitalizing twelve of them before finally being subdued. When questioned, it was revealed she had amnesia, and was taken to the Gallowmere Asylum for treatment.

I tried experimenting with different hair styles, but nothing could beat her classic for me. And I do want to try and come up with an outfit that fits the setting better than her wraps, but it's difficult to find something that fits her, the setting, and DOESN'T hide her best features.
