Offers under $15 will get flat colours
Offers over $15 Will get shading
Offers over $25 will get shading and the .psd file!
-Can change/add horns and spines
-Can change/add feathered wings
-Can change/add tail ending
-Can change/add colours/markings.
Will not change species
I've always wanted to do one of these!
I'm in the biggest sticky spot I've ever been with money... Any help will be appreciated!!

But simply resizing and emailing it isn't a whole lot of effort compared to the drawing itself... I suggest you set 5 to only lines, 10 to flats and 15 to shaded?
