THE FROST DRAGON

Arakin cannot BREATH ice but instead cool the air and evironment around him to creat FROST and ICE
He likes to mimic Xero's Mentor by freezing the ground as he walks (xeros mentor's ice-like powers are a curse not a gift like arakin and X.M (xeros mentor cuz he has no name yet) cannot control it. he doesnt have POWERS he is just a cold being... literally.)
When flying fast, for extra effect, Arakin likes to slightly cool the air behind him to make it look like a frosty trail. Ness can also do this to some extent by lighting up her tail

NESS CAN CRACK HER TAIL LIKE A WHIP AND LIGHT HER PINK FUR ON FIRE

ANYWAY
He is the second fasted flyer (in the long run). Ness is 3rd. Ness can take off faster like a rocket (or a comet cuz if she lights her tail thats what it looks like) but having feathered wings not membraned she cannot keep up that speed. My fasted character is a Lightning... or storm... storm could be interesting... dragoness DUBBED NIRA ATM cuz i watched dinosaur the other day but i may change it. shes a bitch. well.. shes just closed off.

His personality is arrogant and proud to start with. He loves to be the best at EVERYTHING and prides himself on the fact he is faster than Ness. (Ness can beat him in battle though PLAINLY because FIRE BEATS ICE)
He is actually very mistified by what Xero does. The quiet element-less dragon is always looking for small things. Xero is definately a teacher/proffessor kinda like MERLIN when hes older
