All indicates that *Pasānim means "from Pasānum" (as genitive case), but *Pasānum also is not attested word in pasaani language. So, following the triconsonantal root "psn", some linguists find the word "Pasin" that casually it matches the authentic name of the planet of the Pasaani (this discovery was done some time after). In some variants of the pasaani language they retain the name Pasānu for their own planet, but in all dialects the final m is lost.
