Description A friend of mine asked me to design a tattoo for her. She said she wanted a koi with Japanese cherry blossoms, so there we are.

Since this was for a tat, I used very simple line work, as well as a soft watercolor-ish way of shading. I took great care selecting the colors.

Done in ink and marker.
