it'll be :thumb __________: where the ______ and space is replaced by the number from the address bar at the end of the address when you're looking at the deviation.
So the end of the address for the Oresama stamp is "Miyavi-O-re-sa-ma-Stamp-99387071"
It would be :thumb 99387071: without the space
