Description
Darkness surrounds me in the night.
The full moon casts a faint light through the trees.
Night creatures become consience and peek up into the moonbathed world.
Wind whips through the trees and brushing in my fur.
My son's yellow eyes glimmer in the half light.
A howl rose up into the stars.
I took off bounding up hills in the cold night untill I arrived at the wolf whose howl was calling.
We were finally back together, my family, my pack. We raised out muzzles in unison and let our song of love and caring rip.
The melodious sounds harmonized together throughout the forest.
The stars twinkled and the moon shone as in answering to our voices.
Packs of others of our kind joined in group by group till every sound was one. Together. Howling. The Howl of the Wolves.
