Description
After playing some "Street Fighter EX Plus alpha", I knew I had to draw my favorite fighter, Garuda. What makes Garuda my fave is the fact of how badass both his appearance and moves are, which mostly consists of blades coming out of his body making Baraka look second rate compared to Garuda himself. On another note, his theme "Stronger" is easily the most exhilarating track out of the whole soundtrack.

On a side note, My first drawing of Garuda was back in 2013, so I think this is a little bit of improvement...
