somewhere in California, a brewery went out of business and sat for a long time until someone bought it and did sound experiments in the huge concrete 'silos.' they put a speaker and microphone into the top and a box out on the street where people could push a button and talk into it and hear the crazy echoes that would return.

kinda neat.
