Personality:I tend to be a distant person, as they call it. I’m often dreaming or thinking about other things than what’s happening around me. Most people think I’m weird, probably because I don’t talk that much. I often tend to walk away from a conversation when I see something more interesting. Apparently they think that’s is weird. I don’t know. I think I’m a naïve girl, I find it hard and strange to socialize with other people. Because of that I don’t have friend, which can make me feel quite lonely at times. It’s a good thing I have work to do at the farm, so that I don’t have to think about it.
Big crowds make me feel uneasy, they’re not pleasing, to busy, to many people and no clue how to interact with them. I always have the feeling everybody is judging me and I hate that feeling. I tend to show people I don’t care, by not showing any emotion, but I’m not always good at that. Sometimes I get really nervous around people and that can end in me doing something stupid. I don’t really trust people, I always have the feeling they’re always looking for something to make fun of. And most of the people in the city were only after money. Only befriending people with money, that’s no friendship, right? Or is it?
I like my voice, it’s sounds soft and dreamy. It totally fits me, but then again I don’t really like to talk to other people. Well I do, but I’m afraid I might say something wrong and I don’t want to insult anyone.
I love to work at my farm, in the fresh air. I like to be outside, I really do. There’re so much things to explore! I can’t wait to learn new stuff! I hope I won’t get in trouble this time.
History: I grew up in the big city, I hated it. It’s so noisy and people are always in a hurry, it’s so different from me. But I had no choice, my dad had a big business there. Quite famous too. My mom died a few years after I was born. I don’t really remember her, so I don’t miss her that much, but I think I would have had a completely different life if she was still around. I mean, I love my dad, don’t get me wrong and he loves me too, but his business comes at the first place. Therefore I was alone a lot and didn’t got a lot of time spending with my dad.
My dad was very overprotective with me. When I was old enough to attend school, he didn’t sent me to one. No, he hired a private teacher to teach me at home. I had almost no reason to go outside, wasn’t even allowed to. My dad thought that it was too dangerous for me to go outside. Probably because my mom died after having an accident in the city. I don’t remember what kind of accident, but apparently it was reason enough for my dad to avoid me getting outside.
Our home was big and full of the newest gadgets to make life easier. It was fun to find out how they worked, but boring afterwards. And the people who served my dad, weren’t allowed to play with me, they had jobs to do. So I spent most of my time reading books, to study or to read about country sides, tending my little flower bed my dad gave me or looking out of the window, dreaming.
There were special occasions when my dad had some free time and would take me to a place called Raccolto to spend a few days. I always treasure those days. Those days were probably the happiest days of my life. I always felt so sad when we had to go home.
When I got older my dad tried to have me be his successor of his business. I knew I didn’t wanted that, I didn’t wanted to spend my life here, but dad looked so happy and I got to spend more time with him as he wanted to teach me how to hold your ground in this business. I was also allowed to get outside by myself for quite a while now, but the world seemed strange to me. I didn’t quite knew how to have a proper conversation and I got distracted quite easily.
When I was finally old enough, that was a few weeks ago, I talked to my dad. I told him that taking over his business wasn’t something for me. I told him that I wanted to live at Raccolto, wanted to be a farmer and to work for once in my life without the luxury of all those gadgets. Dad seemed sad after I was done talking, but to my surprise he told me he had already foreseen this. He even had bought me I nice little farm on Amusement Archipelaco, just in case. He started apologizing about him being a lazy dad, but I said that I didn’t think of him as a lazy dad and that I loved him.
Right after that my adventure began, me starting a real life. Finally.
