basically after finding and corresponding with breeders from Australia, America and Europe for years to understand as much as I can about the bernese, I concluded that the first factor to owning the dog is the weather must agree before the next factor. If it doesnt and as long as I in Singapore, it wont then I will not want to own a puppy only to kill it prematurely later >_< from the heat. So I have been waiting. ^0^
