I know, I know... I said no art for a while! But I found a few moments (actually hours) to clear my head from all the reading, and what better way to unwind than to load up Photoshop?And I really wanted to make an entry for *magikstock 's contest, but was afraid I would not find the time before the deadline... so there you go.
A rather funny depiction of steampunk, cause who would think to use telescope parts to make a coffee machine?

This is exceptional work! I did a double take when I read that it was a manip instead of a photo. Your attention to detail -- the shadows from the table legs, the reflection of the objects in the shine of the table, the candlelight reflection in the wineglasses on the shelf -- is just extraordinary! The shadows of all the parts and mechanisms on the table are kinda sketchy, which makes the blend kinda unnatural, but hey a piece of art is never finished only abandoned.
