I see you didn't provide a type. I'd say that Steel/Fairy would be the best, due to how similar UFO sightings are to traditional faeries. 100/60/80/80/100/100 sounds like a probable stat spread to me.

Fairies AREN'T based on the power of "magic,charms,etc." in Pokemon. Look at the likes of Xerneas, Diancie, or especially GRANBULL. I have no idea where you got that idea.

Diancie and Granbull, especially granbull, are based off of charming things and cuteness, despite Granbull's intimidating appearance. And you proved my point even more with Xerneas: it is an extremely magical AND mystical Pokemon. Dragon-types ARE supposed to literally be dragons. Otherwise, Arcanine, Gardevoir, Milotic, Nidoking, and Nidoqueen, among others, would all be Dragon-typed. Also, diamonds aren't charming. You know what they are? SHARP AND PAINFUL.
