remake of my floating dress fakemon frozenfeather.deviantart.com/a… also i added a second evolution based off marie antoinette and french queens

these pokemon although they can look heavy can glide easily through the air. their "dresses" catch air drafts and blow them around. they can also use flying type moves to blow them to where they want to go. they battle quite well on land and can be speedy because they use the air around them to push them forward into battle. though they don't look it, they are vicious fighters.

they are flying type

the first evolves into the second at level 27
the second evolves into the third via trading
