- Snowdrop is a Polar Bear Cub, who likes sledding
- Carol is one of the daughters of the Queen of the Frost Fairies. She has a magic wand, but she still needs to learn how to use it properly. She also likes to sing, hence her name.
- Karl is one of the children of Krampus. He thinks of his Dad not as a Demon, but as a Batman-like hero. Karl is also a bit shy, because he's afraid that people will be scared of him. But luckily, Mistletoe befriended him and let him in her club.
- Bing is an Elf, who is specialized in making musical instruments, and loves singing, because his dad has a collection of Christmas albums, including Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Bing Crosby records, hence his name.
- Tinsel is an eccentric Elf inventor, the MacGyver of the group. He always invents useful gadgets.
