Here is a detail run-down of my Agitha plush. To be honest, the details on her dress are hot glued on...otherwise it would be too time-consuming. I don't like how the bodice turned out. Cutting the black trim SUPER skinny was extremely difficult and looks kinda sloppy. The indents are uneven and awkwardly glued...Her beads had to be painted to be the correct color which took way too long>.< and her bugs on her necklace, headdress and earrings are made of Sculpey. And her butterflies on her dress and her wings are printed on copy paper, glued to foam and sealed with Mod Podge.
And her lovely eyes are edited by my sister

I've been meaning to ask, do you use your own pattern? And how do you do the pigtails? Separate and then attach or all in one? I've been wondering how since the pattern I use doesn't have pigtail or ponytail options unless separately sewn.

I use my own "patterns" but its not really traditional...There's no full body base with clothes over it-the clothes make up the body base and then arms, legs, and the head are added separately. The pigtails are also separate. I just draw the shape I want, cut two, sew along edges leaving an opening where it will attach to the head, turn it inside out, stuff and hot glue on. You can sew it but its never as stable. Just be clever with how the opening sits before gluing, like folding the edges inward or something. Hope that made sense and was able to help you in some way^^
