Individual water and fire types, which evolve together when they're in the same team into water/psychic and fire/psychic.Dunno how it'd work but it doesn't matter it's a fakemon!

Yeah something like that would be cool too. I had initially planned for them to be individual evolutions too, and only in double battles they'd join like this. But then I really liked the name Koiqi so I thought it might just fit them as a single entity.
To be honest I did this like I did the last one. These pokemon were based on my boyfriend and this is what I thought would fit him. XD

The evolution could be triggered by levelling up while both pokemon battle a double battle! I quite like their designs, they are the correct amount of cute and badass
