Description
This was one of my favorite childhood movies growing up, and I wanted to draw them as a cast together. ^^ Basically, house hold appliances go to find their master after he moved away as a child, thinking that they were left behind and Master still needs them. Little did they know, he was looking for them also towards the end of the movie.
In the left, we have Toaster the leader of the group. He is wise and thinks positive all the time. Since toasters shine, I colored him in a metallic silver so he would have that shiny look to him. Over Toaster is Lampy, one of my favorite characters. Lampy is somewhat comical, but also the one who will do favors for the group by any means necessary for their survival. Below Lampy is Blanky, who is like the child of them all. Blanky is most attached to the Master and cares for a picture of him. Next to Blanky is Kirby, the grumpy one. I tend to think of him as the Walter of the group. (Walter is the dummy of Jeff Dunham) He is grumpy most of the time, but he has a soft spot for togetherness. On top of Kirby is Radio, who is the comical one of the group. He makes things interesting and always makes you laugh.
I think that this is one of my best ones yet. I worked so hard on this one, and I think it turned out pretty good! Also, it was kind of a redraw of this one: phoenixrisingfromash.deviantar…

I used to watch the movies on Brave Little Toaster. They were always funny and loving to watch! My favorite character was the Radio. Him and his puns and somewhat sassiness (if proper say that).
Above all, they all were great friends and went on many adventures. Even when they got annoyed by another, they still loved and tried their best to give all they got for their master and for his offspring.
Now, I know I'm short on words, and It touches me how this image I fell upon with admiration, because that spark of knowing what had touched my heart years ago.

Is that the Brave Little Toaster i see?! Awesome job! I loved this movie as well when I was younger. You've done a great job on this!
As for a critique, I think most has already been said. Many artists will harp on shadows and highlights and, while those are elements that can really make a piece of art standout, they are not always necessary. If you look at a lot of the cartoons in the 80s and 90s and even today, most do not have shadow or highlights.
However, if you are not going to use shadow or highlights, the best thing you could learn is how to use line weight. This is the technique of making some lines of a drawing much thicker and bolder than others. To start, give individual objects, like the vacuum or the toaster a thick outline, don't be afraid of its boldness. The thinner lines will be used for inside the object like for the eyes or mouth or something. As you continue to draw, you will get better at it and learn what lines need to be bold, and what ones need to be thin and delicate.

I have completely fell in love with Disney since I was a kid, and now I am getting all my VHS tapes on DVD.

This caught my eye, I definitely remember this makes me feel kinda old, but anyways I love how you colored here definitely alot of contract in colors and all the colors are laid on pretty smooth and rich. The composition is good the only thing maybe is to give the toaster a highlight or shine
