1) Take a brush and alot of water
2) Make the brush wet (no color) and draw the water there where you want the colors.
3) Now you have to work fast, it has to be still wet. Choose a color from some watercolors.
4) Dapple and drip the color on the wet spots. If you do different colors on the same spot, it will be like a rainbow.
5) Dont touch it and let it dry.

Ok should i do it when i have a sketch (and does it have to be a light sketch) or could i also do the same when i finish lining it?

Between there's color and there's darkness. People wish for a balance, to make the darkness and color equal.
But anyways I love it. When I look at other people's arts that are so good that it makes me think of a lot of real life stuff that acctually happened.
