This is my inspiration for the Unity Neon Challenge competition. I won't be copying anything, but it gives me an idea of how I'll set the scene. I might also use a lot of blue.

This is great. I'd say it's easily one of the best futuristic city settings I've ever seen. I'm a big fan of the blue lighting. It's not overwhelming (something which has bothered me in other people's works), and the subtle oranges and reds give it a nice contrast. It's also so clean looking, and the buildings (with their great design) stand out nicely from one another and the sky. The reflections off of that really cool highway give it some extra vibe (and scale) which adds a lot to the look for me, and I like the design of your rail/wall supports on the right side of the freeway. It's artsy, but believable. If I had to pick a futuristic city to live in, this would be it.
