Gee, not an easy task finding suggestions for this one, I must admit. You've managed to capture a lot of emotion with quite an impassive model, the use of texture is really good and it's an attractive piece.
Overall, the only things I could point out with my personal knowledge of photo manipulation is that the words at the top are too distracting and possibly unneeded. I feel that white against black draws too much attention away from the lovely image and I don't think the words are particularly necessary, the picture speaks enough for itself. Also, the green tint at the bottom, I feel it detracts from the picture as well. For me, that particular green has too much life for a depressing picture and it would be best left yellowy-brown like the rest of the picture.
Other than that, it's a promising photo manipulation and you certainly show a lot of talent.
