If it's a 1977- it has a 1975-76 nose emblem.
It has an aftermarket hood too, probably from Eckler's.

Please keep in mind that it could be a 77- guys change emblems (and hoods)to suit their likes.
The nose emblem is a 75 or 76. Guys don't usually change nose emblems much because it exposes old paint hidden under the different shaped emblems.
If they do change them it's usually right after the cars has been re-painted.
