Canon 50mm f/1.8

This image (a stack of two images, actually) was taken after a Husker game/chaser party last September. Huge thanks to Mike Hollingshead for letting me use his camera. Figures, we get a great lightning op the one time I don't bring my camera lol. Mike, Tyler, and *INTOtheRFD went onto the roof to shoot the lightning, but I stayed on the deck and braced the camera against the deck railing since I didn't have a tripod. I also kept an eye on radar as they were on the roof. Turns out to be quite fortunate that I did, because not long after this shot, we received a barrage of quarter-sized hail.

Thanks! This actually isn't a panorama. It's just two (considerable cropped) images overlaid on each other. I could stack quite a few more lightning bolts and do a wider crop, but it just looks kind of silly

Thanks! Yeah, good thing I stopped down a bit and shot these at f/5.0 instead of f/1.8. They would have over-exposed badly
