Hey everyone!
Been busy lately but I did have time to throw together an 18-month calendar titled "Dakotascapes" full of images I've shot in South Dakota through our first year of living here. Didn't have to travel anywhere for this shot though! This stunning barrage of cloud-to-ground bolts was captured right off our back porch during a storm last summer 
Also working on cutting a big timelapse project showcasing the beauty of South Dakota, so lots going on! Apologies for the infrequent posts as of late, I promise I'm still taking photos and have lots of unpublished work to share!

This is amazing. It seems like it's hard to get a good picture of lightning just because of how fast it strikes. How do you do it?
