This is an attractive model and the photo is well composed. The main fault I find with it is the cluttered background which competes with the foreground figure. I'd recommend using DOF (depth of field) to put the background out of focus thus emphasizing the character.
Failing that, you can use your photo editor to blur the background. Here's how what I mean. It took a couple of minutes to do this: [link]
