I'm not entirely sure of what I'm looking at here, but I'm going to assume that it's a landscape portrait of sorts, and the figure at the top is some sort of building.

So  first thing's first, the light reflection is good, but it needs to be more constant. The building should block out some light, no? And thus the hills behind it should be a bit darker as well.

Likewise, always make sure your coloring coincides with your lighting. Less light? Less blue, and definitely less white. More light? Vice versa.

Overall, good pic tho.

I can see what u talking about the building shadows and that. but then overall light, that its not a problem thats reflective light cuz the water zones and snow reflecting light. Mayb the lack of variety on the color pallete (this was long time a go i didn't had much idea about colour theorics) not less white but add yellow and green tho the mixtures and some purles and magenta to the shadowing.
