really not that hard.. uh . im not sure if i can do a tutorial. but all i can really say is that u take the picture u want. open it in photoshop. make a new layer above the photo ur using and start drawing the pokemon in . and then ur done O_o. thats what i did. i took the pics of my friends. opened them in photoshop.. opend a new layer above the layer the picture was on .. and then started drawing charmander .
