Description "Sounds like a Farm Tractor yet flies like a dream and Treads water like a Swan, even considering the Integrated Pontoon. I see why Kaiser Victor Ordered one for his personal usage before going to Cape Suzette."

-Anya Nikolaevna

Commissioned in 1940 by the Kaiser of Germany after the great war ended in United Prussia's Favor, the FW 290 "Freya" is a Unique German-made Amphibian Aircraft to many.

Conceptualized by Kaiser Victor Von Shepard and built by the legendary company of Focke Wulf, the "Freya" comes with Dual Nose-Mounted Mauser MG 151/20s for armaments, and uses a Turbocharged BMW 801 Twin-raw Radial engine like the FW 190 "Shrike", giving it an impressive top speed of 402 MPH with a full load, though it's most notable Unique feature is the Integrated Pontoon that makes up the belly of the FW 290 Freya, which contains a Spare Fuel take to further increase the Freya's range to 2500 KM, Five hundred Kilometers further than it's cousin, the FW 190 "Shrike", with a Droptank attached.

Ignition of the Engine was done by either a Starter Motor, Or a "Ripcord Starter" like that of a Chainsaw in the event of Motor failure, a Welcome replacement to the Handcranked Manual Starter of the FW 190.

The First Prototype was completed on January 4th, 1941, and by April 2nd, 1942, would start full scale production. Around that time, Kaiser Victor Von Shepard would commission a Customized version of the FW 290, which was to have a "Side-Stick" Manual Flight Control, Layered ALON Canopy with explosive bolt ejector, two Wing-Mounted Bomb-racks, and Leather Seat, which he would use while on a Family Vacation at Cape Suzette, playing the role of a Hired Gun within the Region.

The use of his Custom 290 "Freya", which would undergo at least three separate modifications while in Cape Suzette, acted as unintentional Advertising for Focke-Wulf whenever they'd end up tangled in the Usual Hijinks of Higher for Hire, and would lead to at least two to three years of Contracts for similar Aircraft by some sections of Cape Suzette's defense force.
