It has been ages since I last visited deviantArt, so, I decided to upload a model I was working on yesterday.The "Starfury" from hit sci-fi series Babylon 5 is a marvellous and menacing design. Simple, yet elegant in its design. Ugly, but well hung.
This version of the SA-23E "Aurora" Starfury is somewhat based on the model seen in "The Lost Tales", some features though are unique and are not meant to match the original design.
Overall, the profile of this model is one of the most accurate ones for a Starfury to-date.
It is intended for use in pre-rendered CGI clips. I will also make a low-poly version intended for use in games. Hopefully it will see the light of day in a space-sim sometime in the future.

I just wanted to say great work on this Starfury! [I only just became aware of your efforts, sorry my bad]
I love some of the features you adapted for this design.
I must have built the fury myself a couple of times in the past 10 years.
This has definitely inspired me to undertake a redesign.
I gotta say though that is an unusual design you implemented on the back of the engine tines, neat!
