Personality/History: Once upon a time Winsir had a happy family, until his mother died in a fire caused by a thunderstorm that is. After his mother's death, Winsir became a tear-away, and went completely off the handle when his father got with another woman, he didn't even give her a shot, he simply ran away from home, living on the streets with a small gang, using his cute looks and small size to distract his victims whilst he pick-pocketed them. One day, he and his 'friends' arrived at some strange ruins with strange pokemon-like inscriptions over the walls. From that day forth, that's where he went whenever his shift was done, studying the walls and language, he then invested in some book of Kanto legends, followed by Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh and then even Unova. He's never been a socialite by anyone’s standard, preferring to maintain his distance from others and most of all, large groups. Though Winsir would never admit it, he's incredibly lonely.
