I'm discovering just how badly my drawing skills have atrophied.Nevertheless.
My theme for this challenge is mis-deliveries; fortunate happenstance has nothing to do with it though.
This fellow is a gremlin. Gremlins are the carrier particle for Chaos, without which the universe stagnates, eventually either collapsing in on itself or bloating away into a giant dark-matter waft of cosmic flatulence.
Each of my heroes' origin stories involves the work of one or more of these charming (not) entities.
