The twelfth of the Indigo Children character intro art.
Much later on, I will probably add some basic statistics below her name... but for now, I'm just going to get everyone drawn as they will appear in the new story for quick visual reference/teaser. ^^

Well, this one will not repeat what everyone else is stating, so instead lead me your ears.
Is it my non-Euclidian eyes playing tricks on me, or is that bosmer wearing very little armor? I see the leg protection, shoulder protection, cursory modesty thong-flap, and... not breastplate... breastleather? This one knows not. I presume tribal tats or self-anointment, but that is not my occupational devotion, so I know not.
Let us hope she is not a sexfiend like Nall, lest her quest as Nell to not become Nall becomes... Null... in void.

Hehehe! Little Nell is dressed quite typical of a female Bosmer in the heart of Valenwood. It's no secret that the female wood elves are arguably the most attractive of all the races. They're naturally a little taller than their males and though still small, they have a very amazon vibe to them. This could be part of the reason Sage feels so sexually frustrated. The sexy women of his race see him as a joke and he's too "tiny" to get much attention from the other races. Heck, he's a good looking guy... he's just got a very entitled attitude... and in a culture where everything is shared and you are to devote your life to something much greater (the Green) ....yeah, he doesn't fit in.
Oops, tangent. But yes, Nelly is quite pretty~ but she's not Jade. Her eyes are on a prize and nothing, not even the temptations of the flesh, can distract her. In a similar way that Seb is obsessed with his research, Nell is obsessed with the "thrill of the hunt". A bit of a character intro for ya, but I'm sure most of that was obvious. ^^

By the way, everyone's design and outfit in these teasers have been great! Everyone's personality and outlook on life really shine through and I'm loving it!
Speaking of which, Nell! Her outfit is wonderful, and she definitely rocks it! I love her hood (Typical of me XD ) and her leather armor looks great! Looks like all her fighting is hidden and long ranger looking at how light it is.
Looking at everything, I'm pretty sure I know who she's hunting. Based on the lyrics and the fact that she's the hunter and hunters usually hunt monsters in stories, I'd say she's fighting a certain older sibling~

Oh yes, it's no secret! Nell has been mentioned and suggested throughout Ancient Blood and recently Kyrin told Jade that she was looking for her brother! This is the first time we get to see her "face" and learn her name. Ofc, she would have been 13 in Ancient Blood's time, but as a grown woman (wo-mer?) she's on a mission! Clearly she is hinting the one known as Sage (though, she only knows him as his given name of Nall) Why and what-for, well that's for the Indigo Children story to inveil.
Ooo indeed. Little Nelly is quite proficient with archery (as Bosmer tend to be) but according to her big bro, she takes her training a bit too seriously. As cute as she may seem, she's highly trained in tracking and stealth... and probably not very fun at parties. XD

Good to finally see his sister then as a grown mer! I'm not at all sure what Sage has done in the story, but I KNOW hes a traitor and most likely a girlfriend murderer (at least) So it seems like he needs someone to stop him.
I wonder if she can or has done the shapeshifting that Sage can? Or maybe she can she just doesn't cause of how frowned upon it is.

Detective Heck! lmao!! But yes, all Bosmer have the ability to shape-shift but it is highly forbidden and those who do are put to death (since it's part of an oath out of respect to the god that gave them permanent shape) It's called the Green Pact and other parts of it include never harming the "Green", so Bosmer are forbidden from eating, using, harming, harvesting, etc any plantlife for any reason (mostly within the forests of Valenwood) Fun Fact: most Bosmer are cannibals because of this. They eat their enemies/fallen soldiers. Sage's family was very "religious". His father wanted to be a Spinner which is a type of Bosmer priest- but he accidentally got his wife knocked-up... thus he blamed his son for not being able to focus on his goal... and turned around and kinda forced Sage to train as a Spinner in his place. Yeah, that kinda dad.
Anyway, stuff happened in Sage's backstory with all that and he ended up becoming an Oathbreaker and leaving Valenwood... he hasn't seen his little sister since. (UNTIL NOW! DUN DUN DUN... well... not now, but eventually. yeah. lol)

Ooo! I knew a bit about the pact, but not much! I like how something so important to Bosmer culture has such a simple name like Green Pact (Though, it may just be because Green is my last name, and I got confused reading it the first time LMAO) But, man! That's so interesting! Bosmer's are like reverse Vegans then, huh? Strictly carnivorous even if they gotta suffer Mad Cow Disease for it, and more power to em!
Oooh, that kind of dad, I see. It explains a lot about Sage now. Doesn't excuse it, but at least I see the flimsy foundation of his morals.

I really hope she doesn't save him and then ends up being the Bosmer Sage fights in order to keep his Wild Hunt form. ;-; If he does that to his sister it will just make him all the more evil lol.

Thank you! Nell would have to agree to join Sage in the Wild Hunt in order for him to devour her and become the "winner". Though, he hasn't seen his little sister since before he left Reaper's March, they've got a lot of unspoken family issues. I don't want to give too much away, so I'll leave it at that. ^^

Nall and Nell. <3 Actually, there was a movie called Nell about a wild girl who lived in the woods. I wanted to name her Nell because of the dynamic with her brother's name, but when I remembered that-... well, I had to! I almost gave her an alias with a herb or spice name like "Paprika" or "Ginger" but I couldn't think of one that didn't sound too forced. Besides, she doesn't know her bro goes by Sage. She's hunting for the one known as Nall Bluehollow.

Yup. Sage's little sis is 7 years younger than him. He hasn't seen her since he left Reaper's March a few months before Ancient Blood started. They never really "bonded" as siblings (via his backstory) but she clearly hasn't forgotten about him. lol
