Earth 3's (I guess it's more like universe 3 now) Red lantern core. Being the anti-rage group, I thought it would be appropriate to power the bands on the wrists to be powered by hope. Please leave ideas for their oath below, because i can't think of anything. I think it's cool that Bolphunga and all these characters in the Earth-1 Universe are "villains" in the Earth-3 universe are "heroes" I would just change the emotion that governs their Red Power Rings from "Hope" to "Courage" and that the Red Power Rings need a Benevolo Corps close by to reach their full power.
