Description Yep... it's Count Bleck from Super Paper Mario.

Except he's made to be about the same size as the trainer sprites from Pokémon Diamond/Pearl... Count Bleck as a Pokémon trainer? Now that'd be weird.

Of course, he wouldn't actually need to send out a single Pokémon to win most (if not all) battles... but still.
