Description
For Halloween, I decided to bring back the monster Billy created back in 2015.
A dead ferret was brought back to life after Barry had given Billy an abnormal brain to use. The abnormal brain brought the creature to life, but he was really violent, and started beating up Barry. Billy had to stop him. The monster really isn't gentle.
This was heavily modified from Billy's image to make it easier.
