Oh those colors. I'm in love.

You did an amazing job capturing the colors of a sunset without either going too dark or too hot on the highlights. The violet lighthouse framed by the clouds lit up with the fire of the setting sun is just sheer perfection. Love it!

Buuuut, you asked for critique. Humm, hmm, well two small things: One, I think the horizon line is tilted. Now, this might be an optical illusion due to the wave patterns or the higher mountains on the left side, but see what happens when you draw a line from one side of the water horizon to the other. (Even if it is an optical illusion, it might be worth compensating for it, in case you get more viewers like me who notice silly stuff like that.)

The other thing is that I think you might have oversharpened the mountain tops during doing a universal sharpen, or when this was resized down. A light pass of a soften brush over the mountain tops should fix that right up, though. It's a tiny thing to notice, but again, I'm cool that way.

Hope this helps. Keep doing your magic!

The colors and lighting in this piece are awesome! The silhouettes of the hills/mountains are captured wonderfully against the neon-pastel sky, and every detail pops without bringing strain to the eyes. The eye is drawn to the lighthouse at the start, and then swirls outwards to the surrounding area flawlessly. You did a wonderful job here!

Edit: Oh, maybe I should've put this as a critique... I'm not sure.
