Had a lot of fun with the shutter speed! Hee hee...just before we had Indian. Oh, mm-mm! It was delicious, especially the butter chicken and this Galub...oh man, um, it was this spongey round cake things, like donut holes, but better, soaked in some kind of sweet syrup, and you just pop it in your mouth and they're little mounds of heaven!
oookay hehe 
Off subject...um, yeah, so me runnin' around. Ghostly effect! Ooh...

Sorry for posting twice but I was wondering if I'm guessing right on how you did this.
5 pictures, 4 with you in those 4 different spots and one without you.
I'm forget what the shutter speed is, my brother told me once but it's not registering but I'm pretty sure that's what does the motion blur effect.
Then I guess you did some transparency stuff in Photoshop.
Am I close or pretty far off?

Five shots. Five of me - part of my skirt and leg is over by the kitchen...partially covered up by the left hand side of me lol then I just used the other four shots of me as brushes, and brushed them in. All the pictures had me in them. Argh, I don't quite know how to explain!
