The use of whitewashing in the scene to create contrast with the blood on the model's hands is superb. However, though I've always admired your more gorey and creepy pieces, the blood looks more like red lace gloves. I feel that is out of place, but is otherwise a great concept. To add to the realism, I would have recommended to add blood to the model's feet as well, and create a trail of bloody footprints from the open door.
Despite the my few criticisms, it is still a great work of art. I am especially drawn to the mystery of the door on the left side of the photograph and the bodies under the white sheets. I especially love how it is easy to tell they are bodies even without an explicitly human shape.
Overall a great job that keeps the viewer's attention.
