Anyways, Kazari Uiharu from To Aru Majutsu no Index/To Aru Kagaku no Railgun. Super hacker that can probably outdo Mikoto in hacking, but also someone who is rather cute in the series especially for her airheadedness.

Really, I wish they had given her an ability that affected plants. I mean, they kinda took the fun out of things when they gave her lvl 1 thermal hand and reviewed that the flowers are all fake
