I'm a bit late with commenting but after I've seen all the bourne movies I just love Matt Damon! So I was browsing threw all the drawings of him on deviantart, and I have to say: You're the one who caught his look in the best way! Indeed navflett, just like a photo.

Great shading. The hair and shine on his face is especially well done. His teeth look a bit awkward but that was how they were in the ref probably
