Description
This is a version of kovu and vitani's mother. She looks more like kovu, but she has vitani's eyes.

Her name is Utaviri. She was a young princess from a far kingdom. Her live was happy, she had friends, a good family... and a lover, Shauku, a young roge. But her father wanted a prince for her. Utaviri rejected all the proposal of marriage, so her father became more and more angry.

Time passed and she got pregnant. She was so terrified of her father's rage that she decided to ran away with Shauku. But she made a big mistake, she confessed their plans to her best friend. That night, the king found Shauku and killed him, and shut her daughter in a cave, defended by two lionesses.

She scaped after a few days and ran away from her and, her pride and her family. The day after she disappeared, the king was found drown in the river.

The princess ran as fast a she could, until she arrived to the Pridelands, a dark and dead kingdom, dominated by lions and hyenas. She tried to go out there, but the hyenas found and kept her to their king, Scar. He noticed that the foreign lioness was pregnant, and he needed a strong heir, at least stronger than Nuka, his son, so he took care of her. The quen Zira, who felt guilty of had such a weak son, didn't aprove king's desition, but she tolerate it.

Months passed and Utaviri gave birth to a girl and a boy. She was happy again, even if her new home was dark and liveless. She met new friends, Sarabi, the old queen, the mate of Scar's dead brother, Sarafina, whose girl had disappeared few weeks before. The king was not amused with her new friendships and told her that they were dangerous lionesses, who disobey their king.

But the dark times ended and a new king came to the power. Zira knew that she had lost the power, the hyenas ran away from the war and Scar's loyal lionesses were weaker than Simba's pride. Utaviri was scaried of Zira's madness, she was too nice with Kovu and Vitani, and sometimes she called them "her children". When she tried to take Kovu and Vitani with her, Zira became so furious that killed Utaviri strangling her in front of her children, luckily, they were too young to remember it.
