Yay, another photo of my steampunk photoshoot!
The location is the oldest steam-powered paddle-wheel pumping station in the world. It was built in 1852 and served to drain excess water to the sea (otherwise the land flooded). It is no longer is in use but volunteers changed it into a museum and once a month they power up the station and the wooden original (!) paddle wheels work on steam again. Very cool indeed.
This shot is taken between the wooden paddles! Another one will follow soon where you see more of the paddles and the tight space between them.
