Phew~~ been working on and off of this for some time now, and i really like how it came out!~~ : D D D this must be one of the pictures i've spent the most time on, so some things came out a little half-assed toward the end X'Doh well
NO LINES~~ yaaay XDDHope you all like~~<33

OHHHHH–FANTASTIC!! You did fabulous on this piece! you should be very proud
Anyways, you said you wanted a critique, so here's a few things I would change–but mostly just personal style:
-you used a very analogous and saturated colour scheme, but it would've been nice to see some contrast in there perhaps in the background or something, simply because it makes the fiery colours pop out that much more.
-the bird's talons pop out a little too much because of a green-er tone of yellow you used, so a darker, redder tone would've been nicer, because they're probably not part of a focus point, right? The edges could be a little softer, too, but that's just being picky
-also, the bottom left hand corner seems just a bit empty of detail in a way. If you had a splatter brush you could use that along the edges of the 'wave' of fire, and add some embers or something with dodge/burn tool (careful with that though–I've actually never done it myself, but that's what I would try). in general, bringing a more solid feel to the flames, especially at the forefront of the pic, would be nice.
So those are the things I would change, but they're really just tiny things. Things i LIKE~!!!
-colour usage; I know I said completmentary would be nice, but in disregard, I LOVE the vibrancy of everything
-her HAIR~!!!!! a-mazing…it really adds to contrast.
-the general movement, with the curves, really adds to it.
-detailing on feathers, but especially the difference between hard and soft edges in general. It makes a difference–even if it's not necessarily 'naturalistic'. I like the stylized facet of the pheonix's wings.

I know it's a very analogous color scheme, but I honestly don't know how to go about using colors XD It's something I'll have to stop procratinating and go learn >_< Good point about the birdfeet XDD
Brushes are another thing I need to learn how to use XD so complicated~ -3- It might be a good idea to find a fire tutorial next time >_>;;

I just wanted to comment and say that your work is amazing and gived me goosebumps when looking at it. But since you requestet critique, I'll say a bit more.
The hands and feet look a bit deformed to me, but in reality they look strange sometimes too, so.. 
I would've wished for a little more light reflexes in the hair though.

Usaually I don't draw toes(they end up looking wierd), so yay for socks XD problem is that it would've looked a little akward if she had socks on |'D

Finding your own style is probobly the hardest thing to do as an artist. I havn't found mine either yet... Right now it's a mixture of different animes that I watch :/ Never give up though, right!~~
