Description So I finally decided to get off my lazy butt to finish this...but since I'm so lazy, the shading isn't smooth in places. And some lines aren't dark enough and whatever, but I'm way to lazy to care anymore. And I am never attempting to draw Rikukonhan again.

The shading is perfect! did u use your fingertips for the hair n stuff or you used only your pencil? and what kind of pencil did u use? sorry if i'm asking too many questions so here is the last one, how do u make the darker parts (the pupils specificly) so clean and like absolutely black.

I used pencil for all of it (smudging gets my finger dirty XD). I used all the way from H3 to B7, I think. So yeah, just different hardnesses. For the pupils...I dunno...I used the softer pencils for that.

yeah, now i figure out. I shuldn't use a mechanical pencil for the whole thing anymore. Good thing i found a random soft brand lying in the family room. thanx again

yup. mechanical's good for lineart, but when you shade it just gets annoying because it makes directional lines really easily. lol

Yes. It took me FOREVER to finish this. Like, the first few weeks of my summer (then again, I got side-tracked by other things a lot. ).

lol, I tend to do that a lot. I drew these "houshin engi tribute"s and i got the cover, first, and third pages done...never finished the second.
