This may look like its (over) sharpened, but its pretty much just the output from the focus stacking software, no sharpening was done. Unfortunately there is some residual blur around the Labellum-Stigma-etc... which I think causes the oversharpened look. I may have another go at this one and try to get rid of that blur. I don't have a focusing rail, so it was done by varying the focus for each shot.Related content
