I was going to just stash this like usual but then I realized; oh yeah, I haven't uploaded to dA in a while have I..so here we are. my latest art. behold; a shaded sketch! that's what my art is. sketches with details and too much time spent on them. truly art.
I needed some examples of stuff for my art shop over at flight rising so I made this in different stages, this one being the fully detailed and finished one.

gooosh I've been having that problem for years! and it's so damned expensive to expand, I'm up at 500k for another row.. ;n; I was planning on doing it this week, but the starfall celebration starts tomorrow so I better save the treasure for those sweet sweet skins. sigh, one of these days I'll get more lair space. one day..

treasure sure is a struggle. I just recently discovered the wonderful trick of how to do glimmer and gloom easily, now I'm doing it every day! my only other income used to be my adopt shop, but making those are quite a pain since people want very complex dragons most of the time.. ; ;

I've noticed that selling dragons on the market for gems usually goes well, but mine are very basic dergins xD

I honestly think it's really hard to get dragons sold, if you want them gone then you'd have to sell them at fodder price and that is basically nothing.. Idk, I've just given up on trying to sell dragons at this point. I still have my hatchery and I occasionally hatch dragons I put there. I need to have them very cheap though otherwise no one will buy them..

That is true, I've noticed that sometimes flight specific auctions go for more? Maybe that'll help ya out

I never look at the ice flight only auctions, I feel like no one ever posts there. like why would you want to sell something only a few people can see when you have the option to sell it so everyone can see and buy it? I don't get it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I picked the flight based on which dragon god looked most like my own ice dragon character (and the fact that it was ice ofc) and then did the same when making my progen, I even named him the same as my oc haha. tbh I had a hard time deciding between shadow and ice before I went with the oc decision, think most of the dragon gods are really gorgeous! the nature and plague sisters are truly gorgeous~
