Well, I guess I know what a tenrec is now... a punkish, rage-filled, brainwashed bully... and yep, everyone loves her for it.

I've been excited for this moment for a while now, Surge was always a character I had some interest in bringing to 3D, specially after she had a surge of popularity in recent-ish past. Since a commissioner wanted to have her for a render bundle soon, I decided to get the model done... and I'm very happy with the result~

The model was pretty challenging, but I wanted to make her right and as high-quality as the main cast, considering I expect her to be pretty popular. Not really much to say about it, it just required a lot of meticulous tweaking, stuff like the spiky sleeve of her shirt (I made it a shirt, tho I'm not sure if it's supposed to be fur in canon... I just like the idea of it being a tight shirt more appealing, considering the extra... front package~),
the pants and the two spikes on the sides of her head. The shoes were a bit annoying but I'm happy with how they look too. The true special thing is what's inside those shoes, but that I'll keep a surprise~ >w>

About foot size, I usually tend to stick with the canon shoe size to estimate a foot size, but since Surge doesn't have an official model, I took some liberties... I've wanted more females with bigger feet, and her personality would really fit some big mean stompers, so I went for that.

And yea, I had to look up what a tenrec is. Looks like a hedgehog trying to cosplay as a Zapdos
