The focus on this is very nice. The DOF works well, and the colours are lovely.
It's a shame that the ladybird is half-hidden by the leaf, but this wouldn't have been as good an image had you shot it from another angle.
That leaf above the ladybird is also fairly distracting - the one that's in focus while everything around it is blurred. I'd suggest some selective blur in Photoshop or a similar programme (unless you're iffy about digital editing).
I do like this, though. The red of the ladybird stands out against the green, and I like the composition, with the ladybird just off-centre. So good job.
