A very simple merger of both the 2003 flag proposal for Serbia and Montenegro with the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia coat of arms. The name is taken from the 1993 proposal by the Kosovo-Albanian activist Adem Demaci. I'll be using this for a map I'll finish either today or tomorrow.
