This one started out so terribly boring and I've been doing everything I can to save it. Which is terrible because the character is so COOL and INTERESTING. I really wanted to do something new and dynamic and... at least do him justice. I'm not sure if I actually succeeded or not. ;___; I hope I did.
I made a spiky betta fishy. Coz.... I really like bettas. Yea, I know it's huuuge. He's a magic fish. *nods sagely*

I really love how the fish seems to kind of wrap itself about his arm a little. And the gills/scales that creep onto his face-- like that as well.

Man, I love how you color skin. The colors here are great -the indigo contrasts so nicely with the red of the fish. I love how the gills seep onto the dude's face. What a nifty character.
The fish looks exactly like this betta I had named Axel. He didn't live very long ..I think the name may have had something to do with it.

I always love your use of colors, they're so vivid! Especially with his skin, you used a nice bright orange-peach which helps him stand out in all the blue. Plus that adorable fish is awesome, too. <3
